QUATRAE is operated by Quatrae, Avador Plaza, Hyderabad, India. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of QUATRAE.

Welcome to QUATRAE. By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of this website — including the ebook store, the practice exams and the SSB Board self-assessment — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What QUATRAE is

QUATRAE is an independent preparation and self-assessment platform for defence-entrance aspirants. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Indian Armed Forces, the Services Selection Board, the UPSC, or any government body. Practice results and assessments are for self-improvement only and do not predict or guarantee any official outcome or selection.

Your account

You may sign in using Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your access secure. Provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial preparation. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Purchases and content

Ebooks and other paid content are licensed to you for personal use; you may not resell, redistribute or publicly share them. Payments are processed by Razorpay — QUATRAE does not store your full card, UPI or netbanking credentials. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes; delivery is digital only (see the Delivery Policy). Refunds, where applicable, follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Plans

Practice plans are fixed-term licences (30 or 365 days from payment). They are one-time purchases: nothing auto-renews, no card is stored, and access simply ends when the period closes. Monthly question and assessment allowances do not roll over.

Intellectual property

All ebooks, question banks, pictures, reports, code and design on QUATRAE are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by Indian and international copyright law. Purchased files may carry an invisible or visible mark identifying the purchasing account.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not upload unlawful or infringing content. Questions, pictures, words and situations are served for your own study only: copying, storing, redistributing or extracting them by any automated or bulk means is prohibited. Every plan carries a fair-use ceiling on the number of items served per day; accounts that hit it repeatedly, or that share credentials, may be suspended without refund. All pages carry the QUATRAE mark.

Assessments and results

Responses you submit in the SSB Board and other tests may be reviewed to generate your personalised feedback. Feedback reflects an educational assessment of your responses and is not an official evaluation of any kind.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QUATRAE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.
