Purchased ebooks: open Your Ebooks to download any title again. Do not make a second payment if the first payment succeeded but the download did not begin.

Payment or delivery issue: include your QUATRAE order ID, the Razorpay payment ID, the title or plan, and a short description of what happened. Corrupt-file reports are fastest with a screenshot of the error.
