Delivery Policy for Digital Products

QUATRAE delivers digital files only. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charges ever apply.
After Razorpay confirms payment your purchase is delivered instantly: it appears under Your Ebooks for repeat download, a download starts in your browser, and a copy or download link is emailed to your Google account address. Plans and assessments are activated on your account immediately.
Delivery is complete when the file is available in Your Ebooks. Email delivery can take up to 30 minutes and may land in spam; very large files are sent as a download link instead of an attachment.
If nothing is available within 30 minutes of a successful payment, do not pay again. Email support@quatrae.com with your order and payment IDs; we re-deliver within 48 hours or refund under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
SSB Board assessment reports are prepared by our assessors and sent to your registered email within the time stated on the board page.
Files are licensed to the purchasing account for personal use only; see the Terms of Service.
